Seasonal Charm uses a print-on-demand dropshipping model through partners such as Printify. All items are custom-made to order, which helps reduce waste and overproduction.

Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are produced within 2–7 business days

  • Shipping times are approximately 3–7 business days within the U.S. and 7–21+ business days internationally

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

Shipping Costs & Tracking

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item type, destination, and carrier

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Tracking information is provided when available

Address Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or reshipping costs due to incorrect addresses

Delays

  • Seasonal Charm is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, supply chain issues, or high-volume periods

Returns & Refunds

  • Because items are custom-made, returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or preference changes

  • Refunds or replacements are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

  • Issues must be reported within [X] days of delivery with photos

  • Sale items, personalized items, and final-sale items are non-refundable

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

  • Delays caused by customs are outside our control
